Short version: we don't track you. We don't sell you. We don't rent you out.

What we collect

When you subscribe to the newsletter or submit a form (contact, guest, membership interest, armory notify-me), we collect the fields you enter: your name (if provided), email address, and whatever context you provide in the message. That's it.

What we do NOT do

No third-party ad trackers. No Meta Pixel, no Google Ads pixel, no LinkedIn Insight tag, no TikTok pixel. If you inspect our network requests, you will not find them.

No data brokers. We do not sell, rent, or license your data to anyone. Ever.

Self-hosted fonts. Fonts are served from our own domain to avoid downstream tracking.

Analytics. If we ever add analytics, it will be a self-hosted, privacy-respecting solution. It is currently not in use.

Emails

Our newsletter is opt-in. When you subscribe, we record the timestamp of your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or by contacting us at jm@noncompliantamerica.com.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies (session preferences, dismissed banners). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Deletion

Request deletion of your data at any time via /contact. We honor deletion requests within a reasonable operational window and confirm when completed.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
